To get everyone in the Halloween spirit, each classroom will host a mini party for their students!  Teachers will change students into costumes after nap, serve a snack, and then students will play some fun Halloween games together while waiting for the parade to start!  Even if they don’t normally attend on Tuesdays, every child is welcome to attend.  Please send your child in costume if coming after nap-time so they are ready to play!  Parties may include a witch hat ring toss, some themed music, a balloon dance party, some fun art or fine motor activities, and much more!  After the party, students will line up to walk along Newport Avenue for our parade (see route below).  Parents are encouraged to come stand along the route and cheer children on!  We can’t wait to see all the fun costumes!  Furthermore, as a reminder, if you are taking your child home after the parade, please let them come back inside to their classroom first.

Finally, if you would like to bring a treat or favor to pass out to friends in the classroom, please make sure they are store-bought and nut-free.  Total classroom numbers are (updated closer to event):
